Angel leads a weekly Meditation Group at Unity of Salem in Salem, Oregon every Thursday at noon. Come and experience the peace, the stillness, and the inner transformation leading to a more peaceful world. Bring your lunch and stay for community fellowship following the meditation.

As a Yoga Instructor, Angel leads heart-centered yoga classes, focusing on  gentle, loving care for the inner-self through breath practices and mindful movement of the outer-self.
